I am a fully qualified and insured Equine Sports Massage Therapist who can assist with improving flexibility and well-being of your equine. I am based in North Worcestershire and cover Worcestershire and all surrounding counties.
I am a member of IRVAP, the Institute of Registered Veterinary and Animal Physiotherapist, which assures clients of a certain standard of care and ongoing CPD.
My qualification is with ICAT and accredited by the national awarding body OCN London. ICAT Dip. is a level 5 equine massage qualification - the highest qualification available in this field and for which I attained a DISTINCTION.
I am also a qualified bridle fitter and bitting consultant, accredited with LANTRA for bit and bridle fitting via Horse Fit Bit Academy. I also hold Neue A really useful qualification when I carry out a tack fit check for new clients.
I use a variety of techniques when treating your horse including massage, trigger point release, passive stretching and limb mobilisations, myofascial release (including use of use Facial Edge Tool in which I am trained), along with Kinesiology taping.
I also have some lovely Epiony products to use during treatments where appropriate.
I will also be offering hire of FMBS Activo-Med rugs and leg wraps which is the only system combining Pulsed Electro Magnetic Field (PEMF) and Massage. The only therapy system in the world that combines both PEMF and Cyclonic massage therapies in one system and as used by our own Dressage medal winning Olympian’s Carl and Charlotte!!!
